Work has been ongoing on developing a Five-Year Plan for the Village of Kells for the past number of months.
A public meeting is being held on December 6 2018 at 8:00 pm to present the latest draft of the Plan
The meeting will be held in Kells Hall.
Please attend and contribute to planning the future of the village.

The meeting on Thursday was well attended and not only was the village informed in detail of the 5 Year Plan but the Kells Development Group (KDG) received great feedback which is just what is needed.
